Watch: FCSI’s Future-Tech panel on labor-saving innovation

FCSI’s Future-Tech video series saw a new episode recorded on Wednesday February 26, 2025, live at The NAFEM Show 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia. Produced with the support of Frymaster and focusing on labor-saving innovation, the panel addressed the topic of how new technologies are helping to plug the foodservice labor gap.

Participants included consultants Anja Kuechenmeister FCSI from Camacho; Renee Palmer from FoodSpace; Andrey Teleguz FCSI from Scopos Hospitality Group; and Wendell Hays of Frymaster, while Michael Jones, editorial director, FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant, moderated the session. The video was filmed by The Fuze video team, headed up by FCSI Associate Erik Haviland.
