A Specialised B2B Event Takes On Uniting Industry and Market

London’s Olympia National Hall will once again host The European Pizza and Pasta Show Live on 18-19 October 2021

Organised in association with PAPA-Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association, UK and with the support of Visit Britain, the event is a leading B2B meeting of one of the largest segments of the UK F&B industry – pizza, pasta and Italian food. Visited by 4,000 key buyers, the event showcases the latest products and technology for restaurants (independents and multiples), pubs, cafes, takeaways, dark and shared kitchens, hotels, catering companies, as well as wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery stores and delicatessen from across the UK and Europe.

Celebrating five years from the event launch in 2016, the participants reflect on the exhibition:

“With so much competition, the industry’s chefs and developers are always keen to find the next big thing. British Baker visited the European Pizza and Pasta Show to find out what’s hot in pizza. As the late Freddie Mercury once sang “I want it all, and I want it now”. That’s pretty much how Brits feel when it comes to pizza. Luckily, the industry is responding!’

Revealed: trends shaking up the pizza market. Amy North, British Baker.

“Innovation is vital to the continued success of our industry….there are fresh ideas in all aspects of the business, from food products and ingredients to kitchen equipment and business services.”

Geoff Parsons, founder, Basilico.

“We have attended the show for the last three years and it has got busier every year.”

Michael Eyre, director, Jestic

“This is a very positive show, with more pizza makers attending this year and the show is a good meeting point for those in the industry. A very supportive organisation for exhibitors, with the show providing an excellent platform for launching new products.”

Invention and origination

The European Pizza and Pasta Show challenges the norms and stigmas of today and is an integral part of the industry’s recovery. It is not only a showcase for invention and origination, but a stage for the world leading chefs to bring their expertise and skills in support of the industry. From cooking master classes and open cooking academy run by celebrity chefs, to the European Pizza Championship (organised in association with Pizza Senza Frontiere, Italy) and the Annual PAPA Finals for Pizza Chef of the Year, the event brings together industry leaders and C-level speakers in 20 sessions to discuss the present and the future of our industry.

2021 is a decisive year for all. Sponsored by leading names such as Molino Caputo, GI Metal, Jestic, PeppaCo, SaltWell and Petra Srl, The European Pizza and Pasta Show will once again bring together and unite the industry with the market, delivering 2 days of excitement and innovation not only on the exhibition floor, but on stage – with the best chefs showing us how to through the dough and how to achieve the best taste cooking one of the oldest pies known to mankind!

Support the recovery, join us and celebrate the old, the new, the best and the tastiest – the one and only – Pizza!
