Publications
The Foodservice Consultants Society International produces a number of publications each year. Most notable is the Society's magazine, The Consultant, which is currently produced five times per year (four quarterly issues plus a Bonus Edition).

The Society also produces the Annual Membership Directory which lists all consultant and allied members of the FCSI. In June 2007, for the first time, the directory has been produced in electronic format with vastly improved functionality compared to previous printed editions in years past. The Directory comes complete with member contact details, a short biography of the member and/or their company and a photo. Each listing has a live e-mail link and a link to the member's web site.
Each Division also produces an electronic newsletter on a periodic basis for the benefit of FCSI members in their region.
