Since setting foot in the kitchen sector in 1987, I have accumulated more than 20 years of experience in this professional field. From 1987 to 1996, I was engaged in work relating to kitchen projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China for a period of nearly nine years. From 1996 to 2005, I served as the Deputy General Manager of Hong Kong Radnor Co., Ltd. (Greater China Area). A number of projects regarding the supply and installation of equipment for kitchen and laundry of large hotels have been fully accomplished under my supervision. In 2005, I established Trillion Foodservices Planner Ltd., mainly engaged in design of kitchen and laundry.
