Glenn Roberts, chair of The Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA), presented awards to the latest group of CFSP (Certified Food Service Professional) alumni during The Great Hospitality Show 2017.
“There are now well over 400 CFSP-accredited foodservice executives in the UK,” says Roberts. “The programme is gathering momentum and is raising the professionalism of the industry – not only in this country, but also abroad. CFSP-accreditation gives credibility as well as knowledge, to both the individual and their organisation.”

The next CFSP course will be on June 1st and 2nd in Luton, UK.
