Glossary of Industry Terms

FCSI's Council for Professional Standards produced a "Glossary of Industry Terms" as part of their initial development of the FCSI Body of Knowledge.   There did not seem to be a comprehensive list that defined all of the terminology specific to the foodservice consulting profession.   As such, this Glossary of Industry Terms was produced and made available to all members.   We present the document as an Adobe PDF file which you may save to your hard drive for future reference.
