2008 FCSI Sponsor Benefits
Sponsor levels and related funding:
Dragon $15,000 US
Phoenix $10,000 US
Lion $5,000 US
Jade $3,000 US
Pearl $2,000 US
Pearl, Jade, Lion, Phoenix, and Dragon sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- Sponsors will be recognized during the opening general session with video support in the form of projected PowerPoint slides with sponsoring company names (pearl sponsors all listed on one slide).
- Company representatives will be asked to stand and be recognized during the Awards Banquet.
- Sponsors will be listed on the annual conference page of the FCSI website.
- Sponsor ribbons in color corresponding to level of participation attached to the name badge of each company representative attending.
- Signage identifying the sponsors will be prominently displayed throughout the conference.
- Sponsors listed in printed programme on special recognition page by category of participation.
- Companies responding by January 31, 2008 will receive recognition in the registration brochure and first quarter issue of The Consultant magazine.
- Companies responding by March 31, 2008 will receive recognition in the Second Quarter issue of The Consultant magazine.
- Recognition in the post-conference edition (Fourth Quarter issue) of The Consultant.
Jade sponsors will receive all of the benefits above plus...
- Sponsors will be recognized during the opening general session with video support in the form of projected PowerPoint slides with sponsoring company names (jade sponsors each listed on a separate slide).
- Mailing list or labels of all attendees (including on-site registrations) following the conference (your choice to receive printed list/labels or electronic version of same).
- One complimentary ticket to the Awards Banquet.
Lion sponsors will receive all of the benefits above plus...
- Sponsors will be recognized during the opening general session with video support in the form of projected PowerPoint slides with sponsoring company names (lion sponsor company logos each listed on a separate slide).
- Small company logo included in the video portion of the sponsor recognition, on-site programme, and sponsor signage.
- A second complimentary ticket to the Awards Banquet.
Phoenix sponsors will receive all of the benefits above plus...
- A link from the Conference page on the FCSI website to the sponsor’s company website.
- Larger and more prominent logo usage in the on-site conference programme and on video sponsor recognition loop.
- Mailing labels and/or lists of registered conference attendees prior to the conference.
- One complimentary conference registration.
- Two complimentary tickets to the Awards Banquet (total).
- Sponsor will receive special recognition during a general session.
- Sponsor will receive a gift of appreciation during the awards banquet.
Dragon Sponsors will receive all of the benefits above plus...
- Company logo on front cover of the on-site conference programme.
- Large company logo on sponsor signage for Dragon Sponsors only.
- Two complimentary conference registrations (total).
- Four complimentary tickets to the Awards Banquet (total).
- Sponsor will have the opportunity to display company literature in the Conference Registration area of the hotel (limit one brochure per sponsor).
- A custom sponsor banner will be prominently displayed at the Opening Reception held at the Great Wall of China and at the Awards Banquet – company logo displayed on custom banners around event area; produced and erected by FCSI – the banner is yours to keep after the conference as a souvenir (Artwork to be provided by Sponsor)
- Sponsor receives a free full-page advertisement space in the conference edition of The Consultant magazine (artwork to be provided by Sponsor).
