On-line registration steps:
1. Click the Conference Registration page and complete where is necessary. Please be informed that the fields in red are mandatory.
2. If you don't have guest travels with you, you may skip the page of "Guest" and click the page of "Accommodation".
3. If you don't need any hotel accommodation booked through Swire Travel Ltd, or you would like to book it later, you need to press the button „I Do Not need Accommodation".
4. If you are going to share room with another delegate, you just put the name of your roommate on the "Roommate preference", and your roommate need not to book any accommodation when he/she register for the event.
5. A summary of your registration will be displayed for you to check all the details before you press the button "Submit".
6. At last, it comes to the payment method. We accept payment by bank draft, or bank transfer, or credit card.
7. If you register successfully, you will receive an instant confirmation via your e-mail box for your future reference. If you don't receive the e-mail confirmation, please contact us.
8. If you would like to make any amendment or cancel the registration, please click the registration link which is shown on the e-mail confirmation in blue color, enter the confirmation code which shown on top of the confirmation link, you may then click the item that you would like to change.
9. Whenever you make a change, a new confirmation code will be given to you. Please keep the latest confirmation code for reference.
