Continuing Professional Growth FCSI is committed to education - and clients are looking for consultants who stay on the cutting edge. That is why all FCSI Professional members are required to accumulate 30 continuing education units (CEUs) over a three year period. The three year period begins and ends on the same day for every Professional Member. Professional members who join FCSI in the middle of a three year period will start th e Continuing Professional Growth Program on January 1 of the following year and are required to accumulate 10 CEUs each year remaining in the three year cycle. There are many ways in which Professional members are able to acquire CEUs. For example, CEUs are given for attending seminars and trade shows, writing articles, making presentations and successfully completing modules of the FCSI Professional Competency Exam. This is just one more way FCSI puts value in the "FCSI" initials after Professional members' names. |
